5-year warranty
You have a 60-month or 5-year warranty on an Aries device.
3 years including maintenance
In addition, 3 years or 3 x maintenance is provided which includes a general overhaul, cleaning, testing and possible update.
This keeps your device in top condition.
With a Digipool Aries there is also a log and intervention book, here all maintained, interventions and other important data are recorded.
This keeps the overview.
GOLD SERVICE
An additional indirect guarantee is that the Aries heat pump has been manufactured to EU energy certification legislation 2009/12/EC, and that its reliability has been certified according to EUROVENT.
Also, the installation (couplings) can only be done by a refrigeration certified and trained company, so you can be sure of a quality start-up with expertise.
Just what makes the big difference?
In addition to comprehensive service, warranty and maintenance, the technology of a Digipool Aries is built differently
(or works differently) than that of a regular one.
For all Aries units, the output is given at 7°C air temperature and 15°C water temperature, corresponding to an average start-up period of a swimming season.
The COP is specified as average throughout the year.
A Digipool Aries will therefore be sufficiently powerful during this start-up period to provide non-stop short-term ecological heating of the water, and this even during night frosts or colder unforeseen periods.
A Digipool Aries can heat the pool all year long if properly selected, and this even at -10°C. Even at -10°C it does not stop, the standard inverter works up to -15°C, the SUPER inverter up to -27°C!
This makes Aries ideal for covered outdoor pools, (tropical) indoor pools and wellness applications.
For a standard pool heat pump, the maximum output is specified at 27°C air temperature and 27°C water temperature, with humidity between 70% and 80%.
This is comparable to tropical conditions.
The displayed efficiency results (COPs) are therefore also at these conditions.
All about Digipool LEO
For you, does the pool not need to be warm all year round?
Then we also offer the Digipool Leo.
It heats your pool from early spring to late fall.
With a classic heat pump, you have a swimming season of 6 months. With the Digipool Leo extend this to 9 months.
From March to November!
The heating can only be started when the air temperature is 15°C and above.
Before or after this period, the efficiency is insufficient and the energy consumption without result is very high.
Thus, the COPs listed are also at these temperatures.
