If you don’t need your pool to be heated all year round, we also offer the Digipool Leo. This system allows you to heat your pool from early spring through late fall. With a traditional heat pump, the swimming season lasts 6 months. With the Digipool Leo extend this to 9 months.

Heating a swimming pool during the early or late season in this climate is usually out of the question because the standard equipment typically used for swimming pools is often inadequate.
These are designed to heat the pool from May through September or October. The heating system can only be turned on when the air temperature reaches at least 15°C. Before or after this period, the efficiency is insufficient, and energy consumption is very high without producing the desired results.
Compared to a 6-month swimming season, and with a standard inverter appliance, a Digipool® Leo will use 41% less energy at this time and will heat the poolfaster at startup thanks to its high performance.
For all Leo units, the capacity is specified atan air temperature of 10°C and a water temperature of 15°C, which corresponds to the average start-up period of a swimming season. The COPs listed are therefore also based on these temperatures.
A Digipool® Leo will thus besufficiently potent during this start-up period to provide non-stop short-term ecological heating of the water, and this even during night frosts.
This makes the Leo perfect for extending theswimming period to 9 months.
